Jack is the President and Founder of New York City Apartments. After a successful career as a leading Agent and General Manager for one of the largest firms in New York, Jack opened New York City Apartments. He has taught this business to thousands of agents, several of whom went on to open their own companies. You can bet he has closed more rental deals in the last 40+ years than anyone.

Marcel Camacho, a native of the US Pacific Island of Guam, presently is a Real Estate Broker, a Developer, and a Development Planning Professional.
He served in two branches of government as a cabinet member for three Governors of Guam over a twenty (20) year period, and as a State Senator in the Guam Legislature. His oversite as a Senator included Military Affairs, Agriculture, Land, and the Arts.
In the Executive Branch, he served as the Executive Director of the Guam Housing and Urban Renewal Authority, administering the Housing and Development programs for Guam. He was a Special Advisor for International Investment for Governor Eddie B. Calvo’s Council of Economic Advisors, the Executive Secretary for the Guam Telephone Authority Transition Coordinating Committee under the Office of the Governor.
Additionally, he is a Land Use Professional consultant who owned his own firm and represented multiple major developers through the planning boards entitlement process, to include his tenure as the Chief of Professional and Development Planning for Micronesia’s premier Engineering firm. He also worked as a manufacturing Methods Engineer for McDonnell Douglas Aircraft Company.
He facilitated the development of the Comprehensive Development Plan for Guam, and worked early on in the hospitality industry for Hilton International, Hilton Domestic, Pacific Islands Club, and Mangilao Golf Club.
He’s held many leadership position on Boards and Commissions.
